Tina Ranieri-D'Ovidio Principal, B.Arch., OAA, MRAIC, LEED AP BD+C
Tina is an architect with extensive experience in designing institutional buildings. She has been part of the mc architects team since 2002.
Tina is a design team leader and Project Manager on a variety of projects including the Mount Pleasant Village School and Library, the
Bluewater Student Support Centre, the award winning Dufferin/St.Clair Library and Cedarbrae District Library, the third busiest library in Toronto.
Tina was a presenter at two Southern Ontario Library Service workshops that focused on new building trends and library redesign.
She also lectured, with the Toronto Public Library, at the Canadian Library Association's 2010 conference in Edmonton and at the 2011
Ontario Library Conference in Toronto, regarding design for children's spaces. Tina is a LEED Accredited Professional and was the
Project Architect for Durham District School Board's 67,000 sqft new Julie Payette School in Whitby. This school is the DDSB's first
school with a green roof. Tina was also the Project Architect for the new 43,000 sqft Student Support and Services Centre for the Bluewater
District School Board. Tina's dedication to her work results in successful project completion. She was appointed a firm Principal for mc architects
in 2010.
