Hagit Waisman

Hagit Waisman is an Associate at mc architects who has been responsible for the design and planning of numerous school projects including Ajax Williamson Catholic Elementary School, the Addition and Renovation of Bayview Glen Private School, and Botham Road Catholic Elementary School. Hagit was also involved in the preliminary design and planning for the Advent Retirement Home and Assisted Living. Aside from her extensive school design experience she has been involved in the development and study of a 10 year Master Plan for the Halifax Board of Education as well as the management of the Toronto District School Board Playground Learning Environments project. Her strong belief in a collaborative team approach to design and implementation of projects fosters strong relationships with clients and team members alike. Hagit's experience extends beyond the design of schools to the design of synagogues, healthcare facilities, theatre renovations, community centres, as well as residential projects. Hagit brings experience and enthusiasm to all projects she is involved with and is especially concerned with creating spaces that are not only beautiful but cater to her clients' needs.
