JOHN CABOT SECONDARY SCHOOL

This project was a replacement for the existing John Cabot S.S. which was demolished on the same site. mc architects prepared the feasibility study which determined that the existing building was prohibitive to repair. The site included an existing elementary school with shared driveways and parking. This presented a difficult design solution, which was resolved through careful planning and phasing of the construction of the project.

John Cabot is one of a number of schools which achieved a grant from the Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP).
